10 Day Push On and Push Up Challenge


October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so we want to do something challenging that encourages our health.

Start the challenge by doing 5 push-ups and to add 5 push-ups every day. You can do these from your knees and you can break them up throughout the day. This challenge may get difficult at times. In those moments we encourage you to think of the 1 in 8 women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer. Push on and push up!
