2 Day Fearless Warrior Workshop

Join us for our first ever 2 Day Weekend Warrior Workshop!

The Fearless Movement is our call for women to remember how powerful they are. During a Fearless Movement workshop, we spend time learning to defend ourselves against a variety of situations (including what to do if someone pins you against a wall, grabs you by the wrist, or is mounted on top of you). We also get to know our own fears and the things that hold us back. Then, we come together as a sisterhood and breakthrough our fears together. These workshops are incredibly powerful, both at the personal level and for the group as well.

Walk away with:

  • Proven strategies- techniques that will help safeguard you against the most common physical attacks

  • A Warrior Mindset- learn to put intention behind your movements and become unstoppable

  • A Fearless Community- supportive sisters who are ready to build you up

* No prior experience necessary! Even if you haven't worked out in a decade or two, you are welcome here! All the moves are adaptable.

* Wear clothes you can move around in. This is definitely a hands-on/active workshop. We also encourage you to bring water and a way to tie your hair back.
