10 Day Kindness Challenge


We encourage you to join us by spreading kindness to those around you and adopting this positive outlook for life every day. When you have compassion for others your world becomes much lighter and brighter resulting in a positive effect of happiness.

Always understand that there's a reason why negative situations happen, and if you will just open your heart and look for the opportunity you can appreciate the good in it.

We invite you to show your kindness by doing one act of kindness every day. Some examples are:

  1. Compliment someone

  2. Pay it forward (buy coffee for a friend, pay for the person behind you in the drive-thru, help a co-worker)

  3. Thank someone for being a part of your life

  4. Smile at people on the sidewalk

  5. Make a list of things you are grateful for

Anything that you do from your heart is a form of kindness.
