10 Day Self-Care Challenge


Join us for our 10 Day Self-Care Challenge running from Monday, May 6 through Wednesday, May 15.

During this challenge we invite you to schedule a daily date to do something nice for yourself. This can be as simple as mindfully drinking a glass of water, or as complex as an elaborate spa day. The goal is to connect with and support yourself. Even if life is hectic, you deserve to take a little time for you.
